Szabo Has Easy Nights Work In UBO Title-Defense

Zoltan Szabo had an easy nights work on Sunday, July 8, defending his Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) Inter-Continental Super Lightweight title for the second time against fellow countryman Tamas Laska in Budapest.

Twenty-one year-old Laska, the Hungarian national Champion at Lightweight, injured his shoulder very early in the fight and could not come out for round three, making Szabo (24) the winner by technical knockout.

Szabo, who also retained his Hungarian national Super Lightweight crown in the fight, improved his professional record to 25-12 (11). Laska falls to 19-17-1 (10)

The fight was promoted by Toto Box-Promotion, as part of s show staged by Feja Box-Promotion at Morrisons2 in the beautiful Hungarian capital.
